Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking Roaming Property Managers to travel daily across their region to support property operations, leasing, budget monitoring, and compliance with fair housing and affordable housing programs.
Responsibilities include collecting rent, processing applications, inspections, vendor oversight, and ensuring properties are market-ready and compliant. Travel expenses may be reimbursed where applicable.
Location: St. Louis, MO, Troy, MO, Jennings, MO
Schedule:Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

FWM’s Roaming Property Managers positively impact the lives of our residents and support our property management teams and ensure that our properties are successful. Along with daily traveling to sites within their region’s portfolio, they help assist in a number of areas including but not limited to leasing, budget monitoring, collections, reporting, and compliance with fair housing, as well as local, state, and federal affordable housing programs.Travel expenses may be reimbursed, when applicable.
