Qualifications

• Relocation may be required for certain projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations management across transportation projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications with project team.
• Establish and monitor project budgets; control costs.
• Identify cost variances and implement variances corrective actions.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections on site.
• Enforce Walsh safety program, OSHA standards, and site safety rules.
• Maintain clean jobsite and accurate daily time cards and logs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establishing budgets and controlling cost
• Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risk, and work to mitigate it
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follows company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
• Manages jobsite cleanlinessPrepares daily time cards for personnel under supervision
• Prepares daily logs

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma
• 6+ years of experience
• Basic computer skills are preferred
