Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Transportation Roadway Department Manager to lead and grow a passionate team of project managers and engineers in Salt Lake City, Utah. The successful candidate will have at least 12 years of roadway design experience and 5 years at the Project Manager level, capable of developing marketing strategies and overseeing transportation design projects.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and be eligible for a Utah PE license within 6 months. This role requires demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of roadway design or relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience at the Project Manager level.
• Transportation design project management experience.
• Utah Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, mentor, and grow a team of project managers and engineers.
• Lead and direct transportation members on design projects.
• Develop marketing strategies for transportation project opportunities.
• Prepare and modify reports, specifications, and designs for projects.
