Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project design and plan development.
• DOT design experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations.

• Coach and mentor junior staff.

Skills

Proficiency with MicroStation

Proficiency with Bentley's OpenRoads Designer (ORD)

Strong time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification

Professional Engineer (PE) license
