Job summary

Creative Management Technology, Inc. (CMTI) is seeking a Roadway Maintenance Worker to support Volusia County FDOT projects in Daytona Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role offers steady hours, a defined schedule, and competitive pay.

No prior roadway maintenance experience is required as training is provided on the job. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug screen and background check, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• No prior roadway maintenance experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, litter and debris pickup and general cleanup.
• Clean and maintain drainage structures, inlets, pipes, and ditches.
• Assist with asphalt and pothole/pavement repairs and patching support.
• Repair, straighten or replace damaged signs, posts, guardrails and roadside hardware.
