Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year experience in construction or maintenance.
• Valid NC Class C Driver's License or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of small equipment and hand tools.
• Performs unskilled or semi-skilled general maintenance.
• Performs landscaping maintenance.
• Selects proper maintenance tools and equipment for tasks.
• Performs work following established safety policies and procedures and applicable codes and regulations.
• Operates walk behind leaf machine for leaf collection.
• Will be required to work extended hours on rotating shifts during leaf collection, emergencies, and inclement weather.
