You will work on exciting roadway and transportation projects and gain real-world experience under professional guidance. You will connect with company leaders through mentoring programs, apply standard engineering techniques, and perform tasks under supervision of a Project Manager while contributing to a team that values collaboration and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate Engineering degree.
• GPA minimum of 3.0 is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience on roadway and transportation projects.
• Connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Perform assignments under the supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed.
