HNTB Corporation’s Lake Mary office is seeking a Roadway Engineer III to deliver transportation engineering projects in Florida for FDOT and local government clients. You will coordinate work from start-up through closeout, perform roadway design, cost estimates, corridor modelling, public engagement, and express design development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4 years of experience, or a Master’s with 3 years, or a PhD with 2 years, with proficiency in

• Master’s degree in Engineering and 3 year of relevant experience.
• PhD in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and number of hours provided.
• Assist in the development of project specifications.
• Responsible for development of discipline specific engineering project elements/deliverables (reports, designs, plans).
• Aids in the coordination and productivity of project team members.
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineering project team members.
• Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Performs quality control reviews of discipline-specific engineering project elements/deliverables.
• Assists with coordination and planning of schedules, hours, and distribution of work within discipline.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking ForHNTB's Lake Mary office is seeking a Roadway Engineer III to join our team that works on some of the most complex projects in Florida for FDOT and a variety of local government clients. We are dedicated to enhancing our communities, solving infrastructure challenges for our client.As a Roadway Engineer III, you will coordinate and deliver transportation engineering projects within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through project closeout. These projects can range from small intersection and multimodal corridor improvement projects to large interchanges, multimodal improvements, low impact bridge construction projects and feasibility projects. Duties include roadway design, development of cost estimates, specifications, corridor modelling, public engagement, and feasibility and express design development.
