Job summary

BEST ONE TIRE & SERVICE in Salisbury, MO is seeking a Commercial Tire Road Service Technician. You will drive a service truck, respond to roadside calls, and service commercial and agricultural tires, with opportunities for nighttime/weekend pay.

Compensation includes pay up to $26/hour based on experience, plus additional earnings for night/weekend work. Benefits include holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and uniform and shoe programs.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Positive attitude and the ability to relate well with team members and customers are important.
• Helpful experience is welcomed; training is available for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, rotate, balance, and replace commercial and agricultural tires on service trucks.
• Perform roadside tire service and emergency tire replacement.
• Conduct fleet and equipment tire inspections and recommend maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service calls and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Operate and maintain the assigned heavy-duty service truck and keep tools and equipment organized.
