Job summary

Purcell Tire & Rubber Co. is seeking skilled tire technicians to perform roadside and on-site tire services for commercial vehicles. You will identify tire sizes, inflate correctly, mount and dismount wheels, balance wheels and repair punctures while maintaining safety and customer relations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years' experience, and a CLASS A CDL with a current DOT medical card. This is a physically demanding, field-based position with after-hours on-call expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadside tire service on commercial vehicles (scheduled hours and on-call).
• Perform tire service on customer sites.
• Identify and inflate tires to correct size and ply.
• Mount/dismount wheels and balance using equipment.
• Replace valve stems and repair punctured tires.
• Maintain service vehicle and keep stocked with tire accessories.
• Uphold safety culture and professional customer relationships.
