Job summary

Acosta Group in Irving, Texas is seeking Brand Ambassadors for Costco roadshows. You will build eye-catching displays, demo products, and engage members to drive sales during 7–10 day shows. This role is physical, fast-paced, and requires weekend availability.

You’ll log sales in our app and maintain a fresh display from setup to teardown, with no desk or routine. Onboarding is quick, and bonuses may be offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with authorization to work in the United States.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• Smartphone you will use daily for scheduling and reporting.
• Open availability across the run of a show (7–10 consecutive days).
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort starting conversations with strangers and maintaining energy.
• Willing to complete W-2 onboarding, including any background check.
• Helpful: selling or product demonstration experience; bilingual ability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage by building an eye-catching display inside the warehouse that stops members.
• Be the star by greeting members with energy and presenting the product like a pro.
• Show and tell; demonstrate features and benefits to generate excitement.
• Close the sale; each show has a sales goal and beating it is the objective.
• Stay connected by logging sales and activity in our app daily.
• Keep displays fresh by restocking, tidying, and keeping them sharp from open to close.
