Job summary

Premium Retail Services - Acosta Group seeks a Brand Ambassador for Costco roadshows. You will build engaging displays inside warehouses, demo products with energy, engage members, and drive sales across show cycles. The role involves travel between locations and working non-traditional hours, including weekends.

Consistent shows run about ten days, with downtime between assignments. You will log activities in the app and maintain an energetic, customer-focused presence throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
• Smartphone that supports our apps for scheduling and reporting.
• Open availability across the run (7–10 consecutive days).
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort starting conversations with strangers with consistent energy.
• Willingness to complete W-2 onboarding and background check.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage by building an eye-catching display inside the warehouse.
• Be the star by greeting members with energy and showing the product like a pro.
• Show and tell the features and benefits to excite customers.
• Close the sale to beat the show's sales goal.
• Stay connected by logging sales and activity in our app.
• Keep the display restocked and looking sharp from open to close.
