Job description

The Roads Operator / Public Works Worker performs skilled and semi‑skilled labor in the maintenance and repair of Town roads, parks, buildings, public areas, and related infrastructure. The position supports the overall operations of the Public Works Department by performing a wide range of duties involving equipment operation, grounds maintenance, road repair, snow removal, and assistance with utility system maintenance.

This position receives assignments from the Public Works Director and is expected to carry out tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Town policies and procedures.
