Qualifications

• No experience required beyond enrollment in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
• Must have completed 60 hours toward a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by Summer 2026 start date.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operations support to Roads & Highways Engineering staff.
• Collaborate with engineers on roadway plan production tasks.
• Perform simple drafting and CAD assignments following detailed instructions.
• Assist in the compilation of design data and the preparation of construction plans.
