Job summary

Tidal Vision, based in Berkeley, is seeking a Field Inspector to support Frog Environmental on-site and on-the-road site visits for Storm Water Industrial General Permit compliance. You'll drive regularly (approx.

120 miles daily) and perform 7–10 inspections weekly while coordinating with clients and internal teams. Candidates need a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a scientific setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience traveling for work and handling customer requests.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a scientific environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive approx. 120 miles per day and perform 7–10 inspections weekly.
• Start field days between 6:30am–7:30am, with occasional overtime.
• Conduct site visits to promote Storm Water Industrial General Permit practices.
• Engage clients and support regulatory guidance with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate findings clearly.
• Receive on-the-job training for QISP Certification.
