Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician in Nashville, TN. This role involves diagnosing and repairing a range of household appliances, delivering reliable service to customers in their homes, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

You will travel to customer homes (up to 100% travel), be provided with a company vehicle and tools, and benefit from paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within Sears.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Experience repairing appliances preferred.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customer’s homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value-added solutions that help make their home more clean, comfortable & protected.
• Keep company truck well-maintained & organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
