Job summary

Sears Home Services in Fresno, CA is seeking an Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair appliances in customers’ homes, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves. You’ll travel daily and provide high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; experience with testing/repair tools preferred.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the states you work in.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable hours/overtime.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience and exceed expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to make the home cleaner, more comfortable and protected.
• Keep the company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
