Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump & Power Road Technician 1 to join its expanding service team. The role focuses on basic diagnostics and repairs to return equipment to service and minimize downtime, with emphasis on safe, reliable operation.

Candidates should have 3–5 years’ experience repairing Pump & Power equipment, EPA 608 universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for an active, field-based role with physical requirements and continuous on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment.
• DOT Physical Examination (Medical card) required.
• EPA section 608 universal Certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics and equipment repairs to return equipment to service quickly and safely.
• Read electric schematics and hydraulic flow drawings to troubleshoot systems.
• Operate, maintain and service pump and power equipment; ensure safe, compliant field practices.
