Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Road Technician 1 to diagnose and repair equipment, returning units to service quickly to minimize downtime. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and delivering reliable solutions on site.

You will work on refrigeration, electrical systems, and power equipment, supported by a strong team in a fast-growing rental business with extensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment.
• DOT Physical Examination (Medical card) required.
• EPA Section 608 universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical engines and controllers.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics and equipment repairs to return equipment to service.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with safety policies.
• Read electrical schematics and hydraulic flow drawings.
• Assist field technicians and support uptime for customers.
