Seward County Roads Department seeks a Road Construction Crew Member to operate heavy equipment safely and maintain county roads. You will perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to construction and repair of roads and rights‑of‑way.

The role requires a high school diploma, 19 years of age, Nebraska driver’s license, CDL‑Class A by hire or within 6 months, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 19 years of age.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)-Class A at hire or within 6 months of start date.
• Must be able to legally work in the U.S.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
