Job summary

Crossland Construction is seeking a seasoned superintendent to lead on a concrete road and bridge project in Oklahoma City. You will oversee safety, scheduling, cost control, and coordination among subcontractors and field staff.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction supervision and a background in asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, and GPS-driven tasks. A Bachelor’s in construction management is preferred but not required; relocation flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience as a superintendent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of construction supervision experience.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supervises the work of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft workers, and all subcontractors.
• Determines work priorities and coordinates activities to keep the project on schedule.
• Provides a safe work environment and enforces safety policies.
• Maintains the project schedule with short-interval planning and coordination.
• Holds weekly coordination meetings with on-site subcontractors and plan owners.
