EVERCARE ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Columbus, Ohio to provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disabilities. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, collecting data, and maintaining interpersonal relationships with clients. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma and RBT certification, with a preference for those with relevant experience. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour with flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and/or group ABA therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Accurately collect and submit session data using designated software systems.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
