Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary care to a diverse patient population on Day & Night shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians and case managers to implement and optimize treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of patient improvements, challenges and responses to therapy interventions.
• Transform complex medical information into clear guidance for patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
