Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure to practice in-state; or compact licensure with multistate privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for clients during admission, treatment and discharge.
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure coordinated care; maintain meticulous medical documentation.
