Job summary

Serenity Estates of Morris is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on 12-hour shifts. You will deliver person-centered care to our residents, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and staff to support holistic wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, focusing on their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to enhance professional growth and development

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois

• Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds, with assistance if needed
