Job Description:

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

$25, 000 Sign on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation (Eligibility requirement apply)

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

• Cognitive, psychomotor, and affective behaviors that demonstrate accountability and responsibility for identifying and meeting the needs of peri-operative patients [Required]

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ of general nursing experience in an acute care setting. [Preferred]
• 2+ of nursing experience in the required specialty [Preferred]
• 2+ years circulating and/or scrub experience required in a multi-specialty setting.[Preferred]
