Lilly is seeking an exceptional analytical development Scientist to join our RNA Production, Research, and Optimization team in Watertown, MA. The role focuses on onboarding, optimizing, troubleshooting, and performing analytical assays for in vitro-transcribed RNA characterization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on molecular biology experience, knowledge of analytical techniques (ELISA, HPLC, CE), and a knack for data handling and statistics in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Expertise in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related field with required degree/experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (ELISA, HPLC, CE) and developing analytical methods for biomolecules.
• Familiar with statistics and data handling in analytics.
• Experience with cell-based reporter assays and data interpretation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, optimize, troubleshoot and perform analytical assays for RNA characterization.
• Document experiments in detail and report results orally and in writing.
• Collaborate in a dynamic, collaborative environment and follow established protocols.
