River Towne Care and Rehabilitation Center in Columbus, GA is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to support RN/LPN staff and assist residents with ADLs and rehabilitation activities.

The role requires GA CNA certification, BLS, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills including EHR data entry. We offer benefits and opportunities in a fast-paced facility.

• Aid in feeding and meal preparation for patients.
• Assist in patient positioning and ensuring proper posture.

The Center provides long-term skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation, including a 30-bed ventilator unit. Responsibilities

Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) work under the direction and supervision of RNs and LPNs to enhance the residents' experience by providing basic nursing care. Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming, and transferring all while ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of all assigned residents.

Job Duties:

• Assist with restorative exercises and mobility activities.

• Aid in feeding and meal preparation for patients.

• Assist in patient positioning and ensuring proper posture.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited program

Required Minimum Experience

• 1 year of restorative experience

• Ability to enter information into an electronic health record (EHR)

• Basic medical terminology

Required Minimum Certification(s)

• Active GA CNA Certification on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Required Skills
