SunArch is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility team in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on mental health, trauma-informed care, and youth in a therapeutic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older
• Active RN license in NV
• Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or adolescent care preferred
• Strong leadership, assessment, and crisis intervention skills

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' mental and physical health
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and coordinate psychiatric treatment
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements
