Job summary

  • Communicate changes in wound condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and families as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely wound documentation and treatment records
  • Participate in care planning, MDS support, and interdisciplinary collaboration related to wound care
  • Assist with tube feedings and related treatments as assigned
  • Order wound care supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Participate in quality assurance, survey readiness, and audits related to skin integrity
  • Provide education and guidance to nursing staff on wound care practices
  • Complete incident reports and documentation related to skin or treatment concerns
  • Ensure treatment areas are clean, safe, and compliant with infection control standards

Full-Time | Part-Time | Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wound / Treatment Nurse (RN) to coordinate and provide wound care and prescribed treatments for residents. This role is critical to skin integrity, healing outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall quality of care.

This position is ideal for a nurse who is organized, clinically strong, and passionate about wound management and treatment accuracy.
