Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of South Point in Ohio is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to oversee the Wound Care Center’s clinical operations, leadership, and patient care.

You will coordinate care, implement best practices, monitor healing outcomes, and drive patient satisfaction while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; ACLS/CPR and supervisory experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state; ACLS and CPR certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient care and share accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Lead the center's clinical practices to support the program's success.

Responsibilities

The Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including but not limited to organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care. Clinical Coordinator shares accountability for healing outcomes in the Center, which includes clinical practices and patient satisfaction leading to the success of the program.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Provides documents or credentials of graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Registered Nursing License for the state in which the employee is working. ACLS certification is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Has current CPR certification and maintains same. Wound care certification, preferred.
• Experience: Extensive wound care and HBO experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience required.
