Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL seeks an experienced RN to provide direct nursing care and comprehensive patient care planning in a fast-paced wound care setting.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, document outcomes, and educate patients and families while coordinating discharge needs in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.

• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
