Hydration Room is seeking a per diem RN to administer IV therapies in a wellness clinic, build patient relationships, and support the Wellness Coordinator team. You’ll help create a welcoming patient experience while maintaining clinic operations in Thousand Oaks and nearby locations.

The role emphasizes balance, predictable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership tracks as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN or diploma in nursing.
• Valid RN license with no sanctions.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures.
• Proficient in charting systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of customer service and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injections.
• Build relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience and drive gratuities.
• Help shape culture and patient experience at the new clinic.
