Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patients, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for monitoring progress, documenting observations, and ensuring safe, patient-centered care across shifts. Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing (or higher) with a BSN planned within 5 years, and current IL RN licensure with CPR (BLS).

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Call Requirements (rotating holidays)

What you will do:

Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

What you will need:

• Education:
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)

• License/Certification:
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
  • Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
