Job summary

University Hospitals Weekender program offers two 12-hour shifts between Friday 7:00 PM and Monday 7:00 AM. Weekenders receive 1.5x base pay for these shifts and full-time medical and dental benefits, while other benefits are at part-time levels.

Responsibilities include providing age-specific nursing care, implementing the nursing process, and maintaining PHI and patient safety. Requires RN license in Ohio/compact and ACLS/PALS may be required by unit.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Ohio or Multi-State Compact at hire
• Experience delivering age-appropriate nursing care
• Ability to operate clinical equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process delivering relationship-based care.
• Uses clinical equipment to provide prescribed therapies.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates to optimize patient care.
