Envive Healthcare in Beech Grove, Indiana is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Warrior team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients on weekends and support transitions from week to week in a collaborative environment.

The role requires active RN licensure and at least 1 year of RN experience preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality nursing care to patients as assigned, including administering and recording medications and treatments, preparing for diagnostic procedures, and reinforcing health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Collaborates with other team members to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and patient activities, ensuring a seamless delivery of care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s), and records patient responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains a safe and comfortable environment for patients, and assists with unit management and/or assumes charge of the unit as assigned.
