Tamarac Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join the leadership team in Tamarac, FL. This role focuses on clinical excellence, resident care, and staff support on weekend shifts.

Qualified candidates must hold a Florida RN license, have at least 2 years of RN experience in long-term care or geriatric settings, and a minimum of 1 year in supervisory or management roles. CPR certification is required.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license in good standing
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, restorative, or geriatric settings
• Minimum 1 year of nursing supervisory or management experience
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing services and daily operations during assigned weekend shifts
• Supervise and support nursing staff and make daily assignments
• Ensure quality resident care and accurate nursing documentation
• Monitor compliance with facility policies and federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Address staff, resident, and family concerns appropriately
• Ensure adequate medications, medical supplies, and equipment are available
• Report concerns and significant events to the Director of Nursing
• Promote staff education, training, and professional development
