Job summary

YAD Healthcare's Waverly Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Waverly, VA is seeking an experienced RN to supervise weekend staff and ensure the health, safety, and welfare of residents in accordance with laws and nursing policies.

The RN will lead the care team, maintain high standards of patient care, and collaborate with management to uphold quality of life for residents. Licensure and LTC/SNF experience preferred; strong communication essential.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of staff during weekend shifts and ensure resident care standards.
• Safeguard health, safety and welfare of all residents by following applicable laws, regulations and nursing policies.
