Job summary

Northern Metropolitan Center in Monsey, NY is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee the weekend shift, ensuring high-quality care and service for residents.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams, perform rounds, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage patients and families with empathy. New graduates welcome; NY RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in New York State.
• Experience preferred though new graduates welcome.
• Ability to lead weekend nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekend shifts, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive change within the organization
