Job summary

Ramseur Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ramseur, NC, is hiring an RN Supervisor for the 7a-7p weekend shift. The Nurse supervisor will oversee nursing units, ensure policy-based care, and coordinate resident care with nursing management.

Current State RN License is required. LTC/SNF experience and strong leadership are essential to maintain high standards and staff coordination in a Long Term Care setting.

Qualifications

• Nurse Supervisor experience in long-term care settings.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred for role oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing units and ensure quality care within policies and nursing management guidelines.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise residents' care and implement schedules per residents' needs.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to uphold care standards and compliance.

Looking for a Nurse supervisor 7a-7p weekend.

Responsibilities Include:

Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced RN. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
