Twin Lakes Community in New Jersey is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee nursing staff, assist the Director of Nursing, and ensure high-quality resident care on a 24/7 basis.
The role requires an RN license, 3–5 years in supervision/administration, and skilled nursing experience, with on-call responsibilities and collaboration with medical, pharmacy, and therapy teams.

Assists the Director of Nursing with collection of assessment data, quality assurance and performance improvement projects, administrative paperwork and other duties as delegated by the D.O.N. Will be required to assume on-call responsibilities with the D.O.N. Is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality nursing care within scope of practice. The Unit Manager coordinates and supervises nursing personnel to deliver nursing care which will ensure that resident’s needs are met in accordance with the professional standards of practice through physician orders, community policies and procedures, and federal, state and local regulations and established nursing best practices. Responsible for resident services and other duties as assigned. Reports to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
