Job summary

The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Red Boiling Springs, TN is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. As an RN, you will lead and support staff to deliver high-quality clinical care, coordinate care plans with the healthcare team, and ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• At least one year of experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and record vitals.
• Monitor and adjust equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Assist in discharge planning and care transitions.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per nursing standards and protocol.
