River Oaks Health & Rehab in Louisville is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to lead weekends as Weekend Nursing Supervisor. This full-time role combines clinical oversight with staff mentorship.

You will supervise Saturday, Sunday and Monday night shifts, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in budgeting to support high‑quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a KY RN license, long-term care experience, and proven leadership to guide teams and improve resident outcomes.

River Oaks Health & Rehab is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Nursing Supervisor!

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday: 6:15 AM – 6:45 PM

• Monday: 6:15 PM – 6:45 AM

Hourly Pay: $40-$44/hr based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.

• Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.

• Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.

Requirements:

• Must have strong management skills

• Must have prior nurse management experience

• Must have RN license in state of KY

• Must have Long Term Care experience
