Job summary

The Aviary Recovery Center in Eolia, Missouri seeks a Registered Nurse for the weekend night shift (Fri-Sun) to provide nursing care, assess clients, and develop care plans within a behavioral health and addiction recovery setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications with two identifiers, documenting, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, and educating clients and families while ensuring safety and compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in MO or compact state required.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration procedures.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint training required or available upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs and develops care plans.
• Administers medications accurately with two client identifiers.
• Documents medical records and maintains client safety per policies.
• Communicates with the interdisciplinary team and educates clients and families.
