Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or preferred; ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC or related credentials may be included.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN) and possess an active RN license in the state or a compact license.
Certifications required or preferred include

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

and other unit-specific advanced life support certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, or related credentials.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and maintain necessary certifications.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
