Cambridge Senior Living in Hudson, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate resident care, mentor the care team, and ensure high-quality, compliant care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused.
• CBRF certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and educate staff on best practices.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans (ISPs).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond appropriately.
• Support, mentor, and educate Clinical Care Assistants and other staff.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and external agencies.
• Complete documentation accurately in electronic medical records.
• Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and care conferences.
• Ensure compliance with DHS 83 regulations and facility policies.
