Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a ventilator-dependent unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage patients' ventilator settings, oxygen therapy, and other medical equipment.
• Perform routine vital signs and obtain laboratory data as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Scarlet Oaks is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Vent Unit team in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a ventilator-dependent unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Preferred Qualifications:
