Provide direct patient care in a ventilator-dependent unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor and manage patients 'ventilator settings, oxygen therapy, and other medical equipment
Perform routine vital signs and obtain laboratory data as needed
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Vent unit experience of at least 1 year
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Strong clinical and organizational skills
