Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer immunizations in a retail healthcare setting across multiple PA locations. The role requires delivering influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines with a focus on patient safety and high patient service standards.

The position offers a PRN/flexible schedule requiring availability at least 3 days per week (Mon-Sun, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM). Successful candidates will document care thoroughly and maintain PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of work.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, including immunizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable administering vaccines.

Assignment Dates

Expected start dates as early as 1- 2 weeks from offer (timing varies by location) through approximately 12/01/2026, with the possibility of extending through the end of the year or returning the following year. This is a temporary assignment with opportunity to extend, convert to permanent employment based on business needs, or be invited back for future annual vaccination seasons.

Schedule

PRN/Flexible Scheduling Must be available a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday through Sunday, between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. No exceptions. This means working 3 full shifts or 2.5 shifts Candidates create their own schedule by selecting the days they are available each week within the required schedule parameters. Shift hours are 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse will administer a variety of immunizations including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines in a retail healthcare setting. PPE is provided. Nurses will provide safe, efficient patient care while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, including immunizations
• Previous vaccination experience preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

Education

Active RN license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia Minimum one year of related nursing experience including immunizations and quality patient care
