Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a RN Utilization Review Manager to coordinate patient care and manage resource utilization for skilled patients based on clinical needs and care plans. In this in-person position, you will work with the ED or DON to promote optimal patient outcomes, discharge planning, and compliance with Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience in post-acute care or case management preferred.
• CCM or RN-BC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and resource utilization for skilled patients.
• Collaborate with care team, payers, and external entities to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with family and interdisciplinary team.
