CVS Health Corporation in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Utilization Management. This 24/7 operation requires weekend, holiday, and evening hours with preference for Mountain or Pacific time zones.

You will gather clinical information, apply criteria and guidelines to render coverage determinations, coordinate care, communicate with providers, and collaborate across departments to promote efficient, quality health services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in adult acute/critical care.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in AZ.
• Experience in Utilization Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and coordinate care options to facilitate appropriate services/benefits.
• Gather clinical information and apply criteria/guidelines to render coverage decisions.
• Communicate with providers to coordinate treatment and identify referral opportunities.
• Lend expertise to internal/external stakeholders in utilization/benefit management.
